About Barreca Law
Barreca Law is a small firm dedicated solely to immigration law. With over 15 years of experience we fulfill our mission of providing one-on-one skilled, attentive, and compassionate services to each client.
All cases are managed by Attorney Rosa Barreca who works with a network of attorneys, accountants, social service organizations, and country experts to provide comprehensive assistance. With this network in place we are able to assist clients with all immigration needs whether they involve employment, family, or deportation defense.
Clients always have direct access to Rosa, making communication as easy and personable as possible.

Team
Rosa Barreca, Attorney
Born and raised in Philadelphia by immigrant parents, Rosa Barreca founded Barreca Law in 2010. She has extensive experience in immigration, criminal, and civil litigation, as well as prior experience as an officer for ICE. Fluent in Spanish, Rosa provides honest, skilled, down-to-earth legal advice and is deeply connected to the communities she serves.
Rosa graduated from Rutgers School of Law in 2006 and is a licensed attorney in good standing in the State of New Jersey. She is authorized to practice federal immigration law in any US state and before US consulates and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Karim Caez, Paralegal
Karim Caez immigrated from Peru and is a graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor of Science/Arts in Criminal Justice. Providing instrumental support to Barreca Law since 2018, Karim’s prior experience as a Family Law Paralegal, Domestic Violence Counselor, and Anger Management Group Facilitator makes it easy for her to connect with clients.
Carly Petroski, Legal Assistant
Carly Petroski holds a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies and Africana Studies, with a minor in LGBTQ+ Studies. Her experience as a Program Coordinator with Americorps and a Retail Manager supports Barreca Law in maintaining client data with integrity and accuracy. Carly has also worked as a Life Skills Facilitator for youth along the border in Arizona and with immigrant populations. She provides exceptional and compassionate client service.
